We officially passed our final inspection! The only thing left is to get the certificate of occupancy from the township and we’re all good.

Since my last post, I have completed very little work on the project, it’s been all my wife! She’s spent the last few weeks finishing all of the drywall, wood filling, staining, etc. and she’s killing it!

• Paint
• Install AV Room Exhaust and Vent
• Carpet Install
• Then on to installing the theater equipment!

Of course after all of this is finished we need to figure out where to store all of that junk from the basement that is now residing in the garage. Guess the garage will be the next project…
