Since I forgot to post yesterday, here’s a quick roll up of what I did the last two days…..electric….

I CAN NOT WAIT to be finished with the electric. Between the 7,000 codes and the tight spaces above my head, I’m done with it. I managed to get just about all of the wire run with only a few short connections to make. I’ve got some wire stackers coming in the mail tomorrow which should allow me to finish securing all of the wire. After that I’ll be able to focus on cleaning up the wiring, getting all the jackets stripped and figuring out how I’m gonna run this dang AV stuff. I may have to do some more framing in the closet but I’ll be holding off until I get the majority of the wiring finished so I know what I’m working with.

As a side note, my Dad brought over his sawzaw (my battery powered one is about to die), so I was able to cutout the bottom plates of the last two doors.

All in all, I feel like I haven’t done much the last few days, but it’s just been tedious work. Hopefully the pictures depict what I’ve completed. Keep in mind that I’ve run a ton of extra wire to most of the long runs to compensate for the potential need to move the wire around as I secure everything. Also, I’ll be waiting until everything is secure and double checked prior to connecting to the panel, so don’t mind all those coils of wire over there.
